Thai Massage is an ancient healing art combining acupressure, Indian Ayurvedic principals and assisted Yoga postures; a hands-on practice that employs compression, gentle to deep stretching, and rhythmic rocking to increase flexibility, range of motion, circulation and move energy. Thai massage was born from the practice of yoga and is based on metta (loving kindness and compassion).

Reiki is a practice of transmitting spiritually guided healing energy, from giver to receiver, benefitting both in each healing session. Rei refers to Spiritual Wisdom, Ki is Life Energy. The word Ki means the same as Chi in Chinese, Prana in Sanskrit and Ti or Ki in Hawaiian; and science calls it biofield energy. Energy has been given many other names by various cultures. Everything is energy.

Tehroma is a Certified Reiki Master Teacher, Thai Massage Therapist, Experienced Restorative Yoga Teacher who  graduated in January of 2023 from the two year Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program though Sounds True with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach.  She began teaching Yoga & Meditation in 2015 and opened her Thai Massage & Reiki Healing practice opened 2017 . She considers herself a life long student always open to learn and grow from each unique experience life has to offer.

Her treatment room is NOW located up the road from Los Bowlriles Acai & Loncheria Los Cuates in the Buenos Aires Neighborhood. She recently moved her treatment room away from the wonderfully public space in Plaza Buenos Aires (on the delegration road) to a residential neighborhood to offer a deeper sense of quiet, serenity and privacy for her clients.
