Thai Massage (also known as Thai Yoga Massage) is an ancient healing system combining accupressure, Indian Ayurvedic principals and assisted Yoga postures. Thai Massage employs rhythmic rocking, compression, pulling and stretching to increase flexibility, range of motion, energy and circulation. The receiver is fully clothed on a comfortable mat on the floor during treatment. Deep breathing is encouraged to increase the flow of prana (vital life energy), deepen relaxation, restore health and renew energy. The practitioner uses hands, feet, elbows, knees, legs and arms to move the client through a series of yoga-like stretches. Thai Massage also includes energy work to treat the subtle energetic bodies correcting blockages, deficiencies and imbalances in this flow of energy. Restoration of energy flow is believed to improve the client's health. Thai Massage is a beautiful ancient practice that is beneficial for both giver and receiver.

Testimonial..Thai massage is like a combination of massage and stretching to get those muscles nice and loose. The stretching was deep, but not painful. Every muscle in my body was relaxed and energized after a session. Tehroma is very professional, and always checks in with me and my comfort level. - Jo Quinn
Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It was discovered by Mikao Usui in March 1922. Reiki is administered by "laying on hands" and techniques such as this have been practiced for thousands of years. - William Lee Rand, Usui Reiki Master Lineage
The receiver is fully clothed and comfortably supported by a massage table. Laying on hands can occur either through direct contact (hands gently touching the client) or hands above (about four inches above the client) or treatment may include a combination of both. Reiki is a practice of transmitting spiritually guided healing energy, from giver to receiver, benefitting both in each healing session. Deep and fluid breathing is encouraged to increase the flow of ki (vital life energy), deepen relaxation, restore health and renew energy.
Rei refers to Spritual Wisdom, Ki is Life Energy. The word "Ki" means the same as Chi in Chinese, Prana in Sanskrit and Ti or Ki in Hawaiian; and science calls it biofield energy. It has been given many other names by various cultures.
Ki is life energy. It is also known as the vital life force or the universal energy. This is the non-physical energy that animates all living things. As long as something is alive, it has life energy circulating through it and surrounding it; when it dies, the life energy departs. If your life energy is low, or if there is a restriction in its flow, you will be more vulnerable to illness. When it is high and flowing freely, you are less likely to get sick. Life energy plays an important role in everything we do. It animates the body and has higher levels of expression. Ki is also the primary energy of our emotions, thoughts and spiritual life. - William Lee Rand, Usui Reiki Master Lineage
