This outdoor living space was open to the northwind making it a chilly and overly breezy place to be during the winter months. The addition of sliding glass doors offers the homeowners the flexibility of outdoor living regardless of wind. When the wind is howling, they can sit at the table and play cards! And still enjoy the view of their pool and ocean beyond. On warmer days, they can open the sliders and enjoy the breezeway. Before hurricane season, they remove the doors and store them in their garage. This outdoor living space is now used and loved throughout the seasons.

We have been blessed to have worked on the remodeling of our home over the last 5 years plus with an amazing team in Javier and Tehroma. Our dreams of a sweet paradise made for family time, chill time and rest. We have peace knowing that our building team is close for questions, ideas and inspiration for the journey of our space. Our home has been transformed into a mini resort for us. A place of calm. She is our baby and we are very grateful for Javier and Tehroma who listen with vision to create the space of dreams.

I worked on the design with Tehroma over the magic of email. She is wonderful with "Picture Friday" report.
The only thing more that I can add is that you and your crew are so wonderful about ALL the clean up after the job is done. One does not even know what really went on during the job.

Tehroma and Javier drew up a plan to build around the existing fruit trees and other plants, and create a new patio, outdoor kitchen, and outdoor shower. The end result is a beautiful, warm, cozy, welcoming space that has quickly become not only our favorite sanctuary, but also a great place to entertain our friends. Loads of seating along those curvy benches!
