Thai Massage with Tehroma

Thai Massage & Reiki Tehroma

Thai Massage is an ancient healing art combining acupressure, Indian Ayurvedic principals and assisted Yoga postures; a hands-on practice that employs compression (through the use of the practiontioners hands, forearms, elbows, knees and feet), gentle to deep stretching, and rhythmic rocking to increase flexibility, range of motion, circulation and move energy. Thai massage was born from the practice of yoga and is based on metta (loving kindness and compassion).

Thai Massage infused with Reiki healing combines body and energy work to treat the physical and subtle energetic bodies by reducing discomfort, pain and the effects of stress; increasing vitality, flexibility, mobility, posture, blood circulation, breathing, organ function; balancing energy and inspiring a sense of deep relaxation, grounding and opening.

Restoration of energy flow is believed to improve the client's health and promote healing on all levels: heart, body, mind, and soul.

Tehroma uses the art of listening deeply and a holistic approach to understand her client’s needs and meet them in the moment.

Each Thai Massage is infused with Reiki healing enery and tailored to the client’s needs, requests, and aspirations; the receiver is fully clothed on a comfortable massage table during treatment. Deep breathing is guided to increase the flow of energy, deepen relaxation, restore health, and renew energy through a grounded and embodied experience.

Tehroma is a Certified Reiki Master Practitioner, Thai Massage Therapist, Experienced Restorative Yoga Teacher and graduate of the two year Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program though Sounds True with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach.
